In 2019, New Zealand was the only country where all primary care physicians used Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), achieving a 100% adoption rate. England, the Netherlands, and Norway followed closely, with 99% of their primary care physicians using EMRs. This highlights New Zealand’s leadership in healthcare technology adoption, with near-universal usage in other advanced healthcare systems.
