In 2022, Chile led with 35% of global lithium reserves, making it the country with the largest reserve. This is nearly ten times the reserve of the United States. With such a significant share, Chile's lithium deposits are vast, establishing its importance in the global supply chain for batteries for electric vehicles and high-tech applications.
